The hanse of the bowl is broken after 7 months of use. Considering the price its strongly fears I find.... and there is a crack in the bowl also. I would put a 15/20It is very rare that I write a criticism inherently negative about a product, but I think that Philips has hit the bottom with this model "economic" - is supposed to reproduce the first "original" model - which may in the end cost you more than you expected. If you are not at your first Senseo, you already know that this range suffers traditionally from a "planned obsolescence", which condemns it to failure a deadly threat after one or two years of normal use (in accordance with the rules of monthly maintenance).
